Returns, Exchange and Refunds
It’s our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience. Keeping this in mind, our Returns & Exchange is also safe, easy and transparent. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to return the product, you have 2 days to raise a return request by just following the below mentioned procedures:
Raise a return request by sending us the return request mail on our customer support email id “namaste@storeforsmiles.in “. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail: Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id / Product Name / Pick up Address.
We will arrange the reverse pickup, if Pin code is not serviceable then you have to mail the item(s) to the address which will be provided to you once we receive your email.
Exchange & Return Policy:
- Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within five days of delivery.
- We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges and we can arrange the reverse pickup.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher then there will be extra charges (difference in the amount of product). It needs to be paid online.
- The products must have the original sticker label attached, should be folded properly and should be packed properly so that it is not damaged in transit. Without it, the exchange will not be processed.
- We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at namaste@storeforsmiles.in along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.
- In some exceptional case if return is accepted (no delivery issue and correct order delivered) then Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. The amount deducted is for the reverse pickup service provided, because the cost of logistics have significantly increases in the recent times.
- The refund will be provided in the form of a store coupon code that you can use at storeforsmiles.in to order a new product.
- The store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted.
- Also, do note that the colour of the T-shirt and design may slightly vary from the ones displayed on our website, social media pages and ads.
- Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the colour or design of the product delivered.
- Also, in the event, on our verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- To avoid such issues. Do not accept the damaged package at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for it.
- Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
- In some exception case if exchange is processed 2nd time Rs 100 will be charged extra.
- Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order enters the processing phase and it is difficult for us to cancel the order. If the request for cancellation is raised after 6 hours Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund amount provided that the order is not shipped. And if the order is shipped and then is rejected at the time of delivery in that case also Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount is deducted because of the shipping changes and the processing charges incurred by us. The amount will be returned through upi, gpay or bank transfer in 4-5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery Charge is not refundable. In case if COD amount is not charged then it Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We have right to charge extra for reverse pickup Rs 150/500gms. It can be charged online or can be deducted from the refund amount.
- Free exchange on Size issues but no Refund on Size issues.
- In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping.
- All disputes are subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.
Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Sunday)
The possible solutions covered in returns policy are: Replacement / Exchange:-if the product is Damaged, Defective condition or it was not as described, you may request a replacement for that product. We provide replacement of the product once we have received the product which was either “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and we have a done the quality check on the same (for damaged and defective items). Replacement is subject to availability of the product. In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your account.
Exceptions: Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle free return, there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:
If the return request is made after the specified time frame (2 days from the date of delivery). Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc. Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.
Cancellations –
• If we receive a cancellation request before processing the order, we will cancel it immediately, and the refund will be processed to the same bank account/debit card/credit card used during the purchase.
• Once a product is printed, we cannot approve a cancellation request, and the product will follow the normal delivery process.
• Under certain circumstances, we may be unable to accept or fulfill an order and may need to cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be informed via email, and for prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the same bank account/debit card/credit card used during the purchase.
